Tina Bradley was involved in toxic tort cases before she ever became a lawyer. She began working in law firms back in 1984. She then became a paralegal in The Law Offices of Herschel L. Hobson in 1993 and began her career fighting on behalf of victims of asbestos and benzene poisoning. As a paralegal, she gained experience preparing discovery requests and responses, interviewing clients and coworkers, and conducting document reviews. Her focus was almost exclusively on asbestos and benzene cases. In 1998, she was admitted to the practice of law in Texas, continuing her work with Dr. Hobson. In 2009 they formed the Hobson & Bradley partnership, combining their knowledge and experience litigating toxic chemical cases.

Since she began the practice of law, Ms. Bradley has been handling asbestos and benzene cases throughout Texas. She has also handled matters involving toxic exposures in Alabama, California, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Oklahoma. She has litigated in both state and federal courts, applying state tort laws as well as the federal Jones Act for exposures in navigable waters.

Ms. Bradley's cases have involved diagnoses of mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other asbestos-related diseases, including asbestosis and various pleural injuries. Other cases of hers have involved acute myelogenous leukemia, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic lymphocytic leukemia and other benzene-related diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs. She has brought claims against oil companies, chemical companies, asbestos manufacturers and suppliers, and numerous other manufacturers and suppliers of hazardous and toxic substances.

Tina Bradley is known as a lawyer who is ready, willing and able to get down in the trenches to battle for her clients. She works exclusively on toxic tort cases, primarily involving asbestos and benzene. Because of this focus, her knowledge of the law, medicine and science necessary to litigate these cases is simply enormous.
